at 3180 iīve unlocked my short position

I can see the level II futures order book and the orders or euro contract around this number are huge, usually you see about 10-50 contracts per tick but at this level there are chunks of 100-300 contracts sitting around AND the price seems to penetrate to the upside.
There is a channel on 4H (equidistand channel) and we are at the upper band.
There is a channel on 1H ( error band [factor 1]) and we are at the upper band.

over the night ( here in Europe ) i have locked my pos. at 3005 ( 40x3= +120pips)

today morning unlocked at 3137 .. relocked a 3110 ( 27x3=+81pis)

now unlocked 3180... relocked 3180.


so.. for now I have a gain of 201 pips even my position is countertrend.

and so on
my next level where i make my action is 3235-3255..

itīs now clear why I dont have a stop ??

Lock, get into position. unlock, get out of position. relock, back into position. That's what I understand from it, I usually use lock just to say "I locked my profit" = got out of my position with a gain.

As far as I remember, the day before yestoday I pointed that it's not very likely to down to 1.2776, something like that.I think it'll go to 1.3600 firstly,then the price will go down. I will still hold my long until 1.3340-50.Today I am looking at 3260.

hedging is one other thing ....


if you are locked then you have 2 opposite positions of equal weight.
In this condition the market may not make you bad, because what you lose by one party gains by the other.


When you are unlocked, then it means you've eliminated one of two positions because you expect that the market goes in one direction


EDIT : for example .. now i will unlock at 3238.. let's see... what happens

I have tried twice to get into this in a bear position, at least I am paying the broker... wow!
Seems like the financial crisis is not as bad as it was, years ago...
Only looks like someone is dictating the trend. What they say is how the Euro behaves... I guess Germany and Britain are competing... lol
When the Euro stalls, it is only waiting for some buyers and that`s what it has been doing all this time...
