DislikedOk, let me simplify this....
The chart below identifies the 5 last most obvious, and most reliable trade entries today. I am only looking at the Origin line crossing above 23.6 or below 76.4 and the Price Line with the Origin line. Whether we enter these trades depends on 3 other criteria.....our M5/M15 cross, our M1 filter, and our M5 cross 20/80. Again, this is the pickiest of picky trade entry situations. The 3 other criteria are there to confirm the "off peak" trade developed by the Origin Line and the Price Line.
So, the first criteria...Ignored
DislikedThe blue lines are the 6,1,1; 7,1,1; 8,1,1 to 13,1,1 %K Stochastics. I call these the "Index Channel" because they lead every trade and provide us with our selection of trades to make based on their position.
The red lines are the 15,1,1 to 24,1,1 %K Stochastics and they represent the "Slow Channel". These work together as a group also.

DislikedHi Guys
I'm just wondering if someone can turn the rope into 1 indicator instead of 20 different stochs also with the no last bar function and ability to turn the last bar on or off
It just needs a
yellow 14,3,3 (origion line - )
Green 100,3,3 (price line)
blue lines 6,1,1 to 13,1,1
red lines 15,1,1 to 24,1,1
All in one indicator
THe reason is because when I have the rope on my charts it slows everything down and takes a long time for the chart to load because there are so many different indicactors.
The rope has nothing to do with...Ignored
DislikedHi Cindy,
I don't know if it possible, cause the program language MQL have a 8 buffer limitation, namely maximum 8 indicators to be calculated in the same indicator.
Perhaps there is a way to overcome this limitation, but I am not expert enough, however, try to see if I can, I just I have time..

1. Start trading with $0 per pip and learn to identify these entries. Demo trade the entries until you can win 80%....that means you don't hit the mental stop 8 of 10 trades. Track how many times you hit 5, 10 and 15 pip gains (net). Analyze why you failed...I will bet 80% of failures come from too early an entry.

That's it. That's my lecture on money management. I know that 99% of people who read it will ignore it. This is how you make an income you can rely on from trading. It is simple and...Ignored

Dislikedah I see, I thought differently because of what you wrote in post: http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...postcount=1076
anyway, my humble opinion is that you have slightly different rules/conditions than what Spud presented so far.
Which is fine - as everyone is free to implement once own design of the MTF-Stochastic.
my personal suggestion would be to separate LONG Risk assessment - completely from the SHORT one - as far as what you wrote above and in the post of the link I would find it confusing at best ....

DislikedWhy do you say that it's an early entry? Thanks for your time by the way!Ignored
Dislikedhi Spud,
I have to admit I did not really completely understand what you said about your money management.
But I have two simple question - you may answer me with your vast amount of experience in this trading style.
1. Demo trade the entries until you can win 80%:
would you really say (from your own experience that get such high success rate is possible over a long time period?
2. How many TF-groups usually?
In your experience for let's say 10 pips gain: would we see a TF-group switch...Ignored
