US pm session on Tuesday was slow, momentum dropped a lot after the London Close and price moved pretty much sideways over the next 5 hours.

As is typical the first signal after London Close is a good one and for those willing to wait it delivered 50p before reversing off some undefined support

A bearish head & shoulders pattern provided the 'evidence of resistance' we needed to act on the 17:30 short signal.

With support poorly defined was not motivated to act on two long signals and price crept very slowly back up to the NY close as seen below...

Nice review Robdee. As i have mentioned earlier, price was in wave B, it needed to complete both the bearish wave C and also the H&S pattern.
From the chart we can go short at 1730, as we can see inverted hammers and a lower high.
We can also add our short position at 1800 because of a failed retest of the resistance and also another inverted hammer. Price looks like it went up to gather more sellers and then go down again for some nice profits for everyone.

We have a bounce of the major upper TL after a retest of the upper TL (blue arrow).

As you can see there lots of wicks (shown in Thumbs Up) which means lots of selling pressure. This phenomenon we call it "Wickipedia". So when u guys see lots of "Wickipedia", get ready for action!!

I dont think theres a programmer on the planet that can code this into an EA.

Yeah... i hope you picked up my sarcasm in that post haha. Great system mate. Been trading it.

Im just trading it with the 5sma close on the chart, and the MACD and stoch. When i get a close through the 5sma, and a valid signal, i enter on the pullback to the 5sma. Great risk reward, and the hit rate is very good when common sense is applied.

Im also using a 2-bar trailing stop to manage the second half of the position (first half off at +10 pips).

This is the last long signal i took at .2694 i already close 50 % at 10 pips, and let the rest run maybe MP or up TL ! We ll see !

Nice bearish bounce of upper short term TL. Bears are in control today. My thoughts are this is due to high levels of resistance above the daily pivot that plain and simple would be to hard to work through. I suspect this bear move will comtinue to at least the daily support 1.
