Just as I said - London subsides and the USD rally pauses, E/U goes up, which was what I was looking for it to do.

While others were looking at the M1/M5 too far in the weeds to see the full picture - donkeys *JK*

posted that 12 hours ago...a little premature as the only real movement we have seen this week is during ny stock market session...now we have reached a critical level. Very strong resistance is 1.2580 as it has been for the past 2 weeks...the dow is also facing strong resistance at 8200...we break both of those....we are going to see quite a nice rally to the upside...i still am "counter-trend" as i believe the trend to be up with a possible market close above or very close to 1.3000...this week and last week is more of a stabilizing a bottom to me. then again...been wrong before and will be wrong again...the smart move here is...dont play against the trend or dont play at all...clearly im not that smart

I believe you are correct about us going up today, maybe even a little tomorrow depending on the close, but folks are scared and I can't imagine many leaving their trade open over the weekend, which means panic selling tomorrow late morning/afternoon.

At least - that's what I'm looking to happen, but it's all speculation. I'm just looking for a test of the 1.27xx area so I can get into a sweet short position.

Hi All,

What time does the Eur/USD closes on Friday please?

Some software has close for Eur/USD at 17 pm NY time. For example Genesis and MetaTrader 4.

But is some online chartsfor example dailyFX.com there is close for EUR/USD 16pm NY time on Friday.

So I have in MetaTrader and Genesis one extra hour.


So this is the reason why I can have different weekend Gap.

Please what time is official close for Friday Forex session?
Please can anyone advise me and explain this?
