On my chart , the stoc was JUST in overbought territory, and was bouncing off of downward trend line.

I've noticed something that I want to share with everybody. If you are using the Pivot Points Multitimeframe indicator (which you should be) you may want to deleted it and load it everyday. I've noticed that if you don't, the lines are drawn correctly but the text does not change. My line was drawn at 1.2632 for my daily pivot but the text said 1.2711 which was from yesterday. Once I deleted the indicator from the chart and loaded it again, it was correct. I did this for the Auto TL indicator also.

My daily pp of 1.2632 is holding strong. Hopefully we can get stochs to be overbought at that area and then ride a short trade down.

why do u guyz love trading in between pivot points?
Price is straddle between weekly and daily pivot point

Don't tell me is demo acct? bad habit cultivated will be transferred to live trading acct. wait for good and high probability setup.

Note that u have fast fill and close bcoz its a demo acct, wont be that easy with Live acct

I am also trading two demo's. The pivots look the same on both and seem to be strong.

Hi Everyone,

Question to anyone who knows this system well...

A couple of posts ago, Eddie and Digger took a short trade, which worked out well for them - Nice Get!

But... in both posted charts, the stoch signal line never broke the 80 level, strictly speaking. It came as close as you could come, but never closed equal to or greater than 80.

Does this mean that this trade was not a valid set up? (obviously, I'm splitting hairs here, but for it's good to have clarity about stuff like this).

I posted my chart on my trade journal. The only one I've taken tonight as I'm working on setting my laptop up for trading right now.

I wait for the candle to close...macd to go lower...stocks to cross...emas to cross before I enter at the close of the candle...it was a valid signal...just didn't seem to move fast so I got out just in the nick of time...luck really.

Actually I exited just as stochs crossed over 80...must've been the key to that one. hahaha

Check out FJ's post on the advance parts of the system. I did not take it because I'm still on the basic part and I like both lines to be above/below at some point. I'm sure they are more advanced and took it due to the advanced rules and tips the FJ gave out.

Naijafx, Yes it was a gamble, but at the time ( and still now) I feel that the price will break the weekly pivot. Also on my charts it seemed like a valid signal. I have had a few good trade today (Monday) and I was able to risk some pips, and I do trade on a live account.

It's actually .. know when to hold em, know when to fold em. But when the trades go against me I prefer Kenny's song "I just stop in to see what condition my condition was in".
