Downward channel breakout, while still over-all bearish, i might look for longs on the retracement and see if we can retest the bounce off its downward trend line.

i love longs but its hard to leave 200 pips on the table. i look for longs but move in and out market. let the winners run and cut lossers. I miss lots of moves because i want an entry on my side of sup/res. i dont scalp much but will off a sup/res or pp....it helps limit your sl and widdens your tp

Sorry but I don't think I have a template and I've already explained that i don't really understand the MA's myself... They are pretty cool to watch late at night tho...

For the last bunch of months, my system has been this... find some pairs where price starts at the upper left corner of the screen and ends at the lower right corner. That's my down trend indicator.

I have a sticky note with an arrow on it 3/4 of the way up my monitor. Every time a green candle gets above that line on GY I hit the sell button on GY, EJ, and EU. I never Buy (Not lately anyway. The last time I did, I made 2 pips.)

Then I sit back and wait for it... Then I do it again. And again. And again. And so on.

That's sort of how I got this way.

I've posted some pictures to help explain all this. Hope it helps those of you who for some weird reason think I have a system...

if possitive or negative in a longer trade and a 5 or maybe a 10 wedge goes against me im out.and if it goes back to my entry usually a sup/res/ or pp im back in with finger on trigger until i got a possitive tp. all this goes out the window when i nap. but usually lock in profit by moving sl. the last 2 weeks have been great for me. head fakes suck when they are against you..

*L* cool. your more organised then me.. old pp papers all over. i just recently started to just leave page open on pc.. damn what a dummy i im,,, i have been writing them down manually..and sometimes wrong numbers.. geeezz that sucks..

here one u might be interested in.. look at your close and open prices.. see the pips? my roleover is 4pm central.. if i get in 5mn before 4 in the direction of my 720mn light 12hr chart whatever i got light.. if you have a strong chart pointing in a direction its an easy way to get pips.. the rule is strong direction chart plus no major news on that pairs cross 12 hour pryer. and you cant be close to a sup/res when you enter in your direction anyway 5m before close enter position with a 10 pip tp. your sl is up to you but i use 25sl.. and sometimes it will take hour or so to complete. if your in it and have a profit after hours grab it.. any way if you compare your close to your open there r pips usually in the 720 direction..and when market opens you may be already out of the trade with more then 10 pips.. ive seen 30 a few times..whatever it opens at over 10 is your too... there are also updates by brokers usually ever 4 hours.. notice on the hours sometimes you get a jump..

i went ahead and put a small short in with a very tight stop. i'm thinking the wall might not be broken just yet.

Take one more 1/4 EUR/USD profit for 300 pips, 1/4 we still in Trade.
Yesterday we bouth EUR/USD at 1.2461, later we closed 1/2 and bouth one more time 1.2439.

eur had 21 pip between close and open but did not have a strong 720... you can modify that 10 pip rule to 8 or whatever..gbp had 8 difference and had a strong 720 yesterday.. oh well play with it you know its there. if you got a better system let me know
