also keep an eye on GU here. If EU breaks its triangle, GU will breakout with equal force.

On my MT4 (FxPro - GMT+3) Nov 10 16:00 candle opened at 1.29156 and closed at 1.28127 (high 1.29203 - low 1.28045).

honestly .2731, but I am feeling some releif with EURAUD at .8953

generally I am playing EUR to outperform AUD in short term, EURUSD is dollar hedge..for better term

edit: thing eur will break out while aud fizzles..interesting to see that news posted above

Just to be clear, since this post is after the fact, I did NOT take this trade. I'm posting the chart because some have asked for examples of what the setup looks like for the system Cobraforex calls "THV."

This is a perfect setup. All the components as defined by Cobra on his website came together to trigger the perfect trade. This system require a lot of patience, especially on the longer time frames. But when stuff comes together, like it did here, the reward is usually pretty good.

Remember -- PATIENCE is the key. Don't go clicking your mouse button willy nilly. WAIT for the perfect setup, and you will be rewarded most of the time.

EDIT: Something I forgot to mention, you'll notice that the Ichimoku "cloud" narrowed or "pinched" considerably, just at the point where price broke through. Its been my observation, that when this happens, the resultant move is usually quite forceful. Kind of like when a Bollinger Band "pinches."

im long too......this is one of the times rationale just went out the window and said screw it....it just doesnt feel like theres strength behind the bears


Edit: what i thought could be inverted h&s is more likely to turn into a W now or just break down

I am long too. Something i don't understand is when i entered a long, the market drop. When i enter a sell, the market rises...

Long from 2845 because it just doesn't feel like there's strength behind the bears as Psi said.

Also because the loooooooooong term trend looks up and because I'm plain nuts.

If I have the trendline drawn correctly on the 4 hour chart, then the price has just given us a tease to the downside. The Bollinger band pinch on the 1 hour chart has fib extensions 100% = 1.2600 and 162% = 1.2500, both reasonable targets to the downside. And if it goes down, it could go a lot farther, in time.

On the 1 hour chart, notice the ranging between the 0% and 62% areas. As I said before, this is like the old railroads adding cars to hold all the passengers for the next trip......down?
