I didn’t make full analysis yet, but I think we will see a nice retracment for this pair starting maybe at the beginning of the next week

1.2742 is a good point for this trend to stop and retrace back

Who knows if 2350 was the very minimum ...


I am talking about a significant upward bounce .. it is obvious that the primary trend is downward.

From my point of view, the climb yesterday was preparing for a true bounce.





Anyway I am always ready to change my idea ..


The fact is that at this time the charts say otherwise


Edit : For complete information .. I think a target to 3800

Pivots for today from 5pm EST.

Had to do a doubletake when I saw those R3's...

Note the hard break south from the central towards M2 at the open...

Depends on what points you use to draw your trendline from. Changed to downtrend (on a 1H chart) many hours ago.

consider this...this week we saw the euro gain 1000pips in preparation for the fed rate cut.

next week there is a possibility of ecb rate cut...dont you think in preparation we will see the dollar gain 1000pips ..possibly more?..just food for thought

Guys, what is your usuall spread these days? And now? Has it become wider since we got into this volatility mess or ? My currently is 6 pips, 3 pip when normal (London - NY) sessions are underway. That is almost twice as much as I had few weeks earlier. Not to mention unreasonably wide spreads on some seconds.

1.2800 very strong Pivot and it's very good to Buy, but if it breaks it's good to Sell.
Information looks little confusing, but I will Buy near 1.2800.

cheers, got in 2 standard lots, closed out at 40. are you waiting on the 2800 break also? Japan is priced in for .25 bps basis cut tonight. if it cuts, i think initial reaction for a massive selloff - which will eventually start a carry buy frenzy.

Not sure...sitting on hands a bit watching AUDUSD EURAUD - rate cut for ecb makes EURAUD shorts look tempting, but if AUD falls faster - tough to call....
