Rates cuts did not have the efect I was looking for.

really needed a market rally but futures look dismal.

Going to be a gut wrenching day.

I shorted more AU at 68 and mroe EU at 37.25

You got some skillz...

I shoulda, coulda woulda, goten out at .6840 and just gave back EURUSD gains, but now I am up against the wall..might double down at .6450 ish if we get there.

Although there were rate cuts, they were coordinated and calculated, as far as creating any new imbalances between the majors I'm not seeing it?

I am assuming they are trying to create liquidity on all currencies without giving any one a new edge. I applaud this coordinated effort.

Attached Hr4 chart looks like double top formed....now downside?
Attached Hr1 chart with fibonacci extensions applied to Bollinger band pinch, show if downside move happens, where the price may stop/pause.

I would get out of your long AU positions if possible. Really, horribly bearish. 1.60 not out of the question, IMO.

As for EU, god knows.

Credit markets are still squeezed and LIBOR spreads are even worse.

I am looking for major equity sell off in AM with huge rebound...it's the only hope for US economy.

sad to hear that...rate cut did effect on EJ .. up a near 200 pips,...but now all get bring back down...

I liked the long at 1.3635, but haven't entered it yet. I closed my short position after making 92 pips this morning. Looking for a good entry level to short again. I thought there would be an upward movement at 1.3635, but apparently not. I'm really in favor of shorting this thing, but I need a good entry level. I'm currently looking for one right now. Scaping is the name of the game for me at this moment. It's all about making money so it's all good.

They do need to get LIBOR under control. I can only thank God I do not have an ARM. The LIBOR is an important piece to the mortgage issues in US, I'm surprised they have not done more in that regard.

Well, hindsight is 20/20. I like to look at the Momentum indicator, and on the daily chart it was practically 0 for AU.

It still hasn't really changed...

Apologies to the board for talking about AU.

I don't want to sound paranoid, but I am convinced there is a financial attack on world. Who has the money to do it, and what do they have to gain?
