Yeah, large one, current ltl 550 and utl 813. I'm betting on reversal though, enitial target a bit below 1.4, not sure there would be more.

Actual H4 and next one it is very important.
We must close actual H4 below 1.3640, if close above 1.3660 it is a strong sign that it wants to go to 1.3850.

which means they wud be allowing institutions to start shorting and that wud mean more downfall for stocks am i correct?

IF the SEC allows the ban to expire than theorectically you are correct. But with the market volatility still so high, I would not be surprised if they "re-up" the shorting ban for another period.
