It's an eerily quiet market tonight. I've got a buy stop in at 3725, looking to close the gap to 3800, but no movement. SL is at 3695.

I fear that a lot of traders could be like me - betting on that 80% chance of gap closure, that may not come through tonight.

Been lurking for some time. Anyhow, there is a divergence signaling a possible bull move to the upside.

My call.

Buy @ 1.3635
TP @ 1.3727
SL @ 1.3608

Its far fetched i think.
It is still +-100 pips away.
It has been like this for the past weeks.
I am pretty sure when euro market open there'll be a 200 pips drop...as usual
I would like to post charts in the future so you can see how I base my decisions.

Anyhow, can someone PM me on the appropriate way to post a chart? I do not want to be rude and choose the wrong image size resolution.

I agree to see a pop it is also trendin slightly down which is also an indicator dor a small bull run in this situation...

hmm we may have a possible break up...lets see if its a falsie or not

if we break 1.3680 would be good confirmation...not strong but good

Okay. Please move stop to break even. Maybe +1 pip or so so its not a total loss. A reversal here will take our previous stop out.

i really don't understand about your call,
Watch out for 1.3609. If it closes a true body below that area, we will see a fall. It it trades above 1.3653, we will see an upclose.

1.3698, 1.3710, 1.3749.
the confirmation is based on the previous high of the sideways movement

yes just like T.s. said its higher then the current sideways trend. the reason i say it's not strong confirmation is because i know there was quite a bit of activity before ibfx opened which met resistance at 1.3700...for that reason i cant be sure just yet where true resistance within a close range is but 1.3680 is a good start for now

heres the best advice i can give right now...close forex..go take a walk, a nice nap, watch tv, play some game...anything....this is not the right time to do anything...personally im going to sleep

Agreed. Probably the real action will come in NY session.
