not to mention trading 101 rules....after a strong trend(in this case down)....a reversal consists of strong bullish action...we have seen no such action...we cant even tap the 23.6% fib line from the great move at 1.4585...clearly the market psychology right now is bearish and these attempts to pull up are bull traps or rather bulls caught in long positions trying to cover their positions

charities are a wash... i worked for one, dont ever donate your money.

your better off going getting a lady for the evening and hoping you dont catch something. lol

While a voting is taking place, they're voting for the changes (amendments) they made to the bailout plan, not for the bailout plan itself. Although it is highly probable that if the changes pass the bail will pass too.

If they make changes it will have to go to conference committe and then revoted by both house and senate.
