testing top of the down channel. watch for a break.

psychology 101-at the end of any great trend volatility increases. if it is a bear run more bulls come in to the mix. however before the other side takes control the bears have one more push, call it a final kick before letting the bulls take over.

i see two possible scenarios

1)what i described above
2)continuation down beyond our wildest expectations, call it, an earthquake which causes a massive hole in which the pair falls

i dont think well have our answer until monday...for now being flat or scalping is the way to go..just my 2 cents

(do keep this in mind...this last week was just making up lost ground from the previous low)...if this is a true bear market this was just the beggining

..... but I have other lines that suggest me that we can go very slow to the downside until we hit bottom trendline. Bottom drop Price can be a solid 1.3808 with a tail to the downside, then will see what line can win, if the bottom one or the upper one.
At this time it is better to stay out.

i think im going to take ur advice and just sit on my hands. (or try to) the pairs following a down trend but logically i dont see how the US blowing up leads to a stronger dollar.

time will tell. best of luck

true. unless you believe in decoupling. but then i always figured ppl will laugh and point at the US exploding first until they realize the charge leads right back to their house

Now Stochastic Slow still goes up, but when it will reach top and Channel line won't be Broken I'll SELL , but if channel will be broken I'll be looking for some different update.1/2 I still Short from last ENTRY

It's an MT4 fan using post #35665's numbers, 137.5's only. I just thought the recent support was interesting. The words are where you put the fan on the 1' (GMT).

Trichet should have said - "Sorry, the June hike was a mistake, I'm cutting now to remedy that error."

Instead - He uses inflation as an excuse for incompetence.

Result: Without a cut soon the recession turns into a depression.

Don't forget tomorrow is NFP and our indicator tells us it may surprise to the upside.

Smells like a bear to me... but listen... the US isn't exactly a bastion of fiscal health either.

Suggestion: Get flat and stay there until Monday.
