BUt in smaller TF such that m15 and H1, the DT is there, and for sure can gain abit first before I take any LONG from the LONGER TF.

In conclusion, LONGER TF ask me to LONG, but before I take a LONG, I wanna eat a small sugar first by taking a SHORT in smaller TF.

Curious, you must have a good strategy to get your account up to 4400. Why didn't you stop when your account was a bit negative? Remember the old saying: Cut your loss short and let your profit run......

It's not going to break 1.40! Added another long position from 1.3980. Yeah baby!
Don't be afraid to challenge the pros, even in their own backyard.

Yes, if you trade the longer timeframes, it is about time to go long. Most people here trade the shorter time frames.

i'll be begging for scoldding from the seniors here telling "how i violate" all the trading rules ......

anyway, this is my basic strategy ,

1.my strategy is NO STOP LOSS, the reason is , the price always range,
2. My strategy also trade in the direction of SWAP postive direction , so even against the trend , there are always SWAP in my account. I have heavy position in EUR/TRY , believe me the SWAP pays very well .
3. When the price dropped , I buy in more units, so more or less like martingale (not 100%)
4. also not 100% grdi tradding, although i set many pending orders long the charts
5. MM , i guess i did quite bad, i used fixed number, example , 555, 111 in OANDA , during the 1st MC, i even enter 22222 on EUR/USD long at 1.5900.....



I only browse the EUR/USD forum to see what happen to the fundamentals, so i dun take call here....

Anyway, throughout August till now I learned many lessons here , but have not applied well ....

I dont know man, I'd call you crazy, but alot of people who are crazy turn out to be brilliant people. Good luck to you, im undecided yet, but very much a bearish market right now.

Same here. Holding short yet. ITs ok to due with loss if it does really goes up, no harm. But I bet for 1.3850, risk reward ratio is very lucrative for me... SO I pick the short.

I also like the idea of positive swap trades, I had to change that since I also base direction on weekly pivot and the two have been in disagreement for a long time.

I only comment because yesterday two of the brokers I use changed the positive swap to short Euro. Is your positive swap still long Euro?

On another note, I don't think we will go down much further today. Since the senate will vote tonight right? So by then I think will be the big move.
