A shitty broker?

My IBFX demo chart shows the same as yours.

I think there's huge differences among each broker's feeds... once a while ago (I think it was at that "famous" thanksgiving) there was a 100+ pips difference between North Finance and Marketiva prices... and it lasted for several hours that way.

Guys .. keep your ears open for the bail out ...700$ Billion .

3 pips away from breaking 1.4500...

next support at 1.4490 and then at 1.4426

I think I know what happened-- My broker shows exactly that-- a GAP. But my broker closes t 5:00pm EST and it probaly means Oanda and others are open later on Fridays, when the EUr/ USD price was actually lower. hence no gap today, if this makes sense since the prices are basically the same.

Sheesh, Jaywalker, it's amazing what it takes to bring you out of the cybercracks...

Anyway, I just peeked at the charts and saw my intial targets from like one and a half weeks ago have finally been hit. All the near term shorts from 4800ish either hit the TP's or got stopped out at various profits on the way back down, and the one remaining long term floater (with no SL) that has been a disturbance in my farce due to being in the red for the last 7-8 days has been knocking a'rd the entry point... basically back where I started from. TP for that one is down a'rd 1.4150.

It's always so exciting when those pesky TL's get penetrated... But here we are now at the tipping point again, as I last posted Fri PM, and we shall see what we see. For my part, I expect all that blank area to get filled up with candles under that Green TL...

So far so good...

its spent 3 straight hours poking at the 4510 line. so im guessing its a strong resistance?

It's the lower wall or LTL of the descending "wave 4" which seems will end up as a failed EW pattern... though 1.4430 is still only the 61.8% of the upwave 3... and quite tempting to be tested soon (LTL of the upmove from 1.38815).

However, will have to get rid of 1.4475 first... the support seems to me not so strong (I only have it on H4 and M30, as resistance was tested twice and broke in the third attempt, and held when tested back last week and is about to be retested now on the downside).

what does the bailout mean for the usd/jpy and eur/usd?

It means that a roller coaster ride is coming and hold on to your f***ing hat!
