Dale trade on the Euro. Sorry can't post a chart, but its a Double Inside Bar on the 4 hour, breaking to the down side. Nice.

It's not on my charts - different time feed, but it looks like a 1h retracement potential to reach the low 1.45 area

Dips was above OpenDay.. so i did not take it
Never sell @ lower upward channel unless breacked and vise versa .

Give or take a few pips on demo feed is what I go by. (especially on higher time frames).

Dale has done very well with this set-up. I don't believe he uses the Daily Open on these trades.

Just two inside bars on the 4 hour time frame only, I use these on the majors.

Looks like you made 2x risk jarroo.

I have a revised version of a clock program which can display -- along with the other session times -- a special line with "* DIBS UK: 06:00 AM" in red when the DIBS session begins (~ Chicago midnight per Peter Crowns, which is 2 hours before London 8AM open).

My question before posting the code is... what is the length (in hours) for an *ideal* DIBS setup? The first 13 hours? 11 hours? what # of hours??

Of course the DIBS start/stop times can be easily changed by the user but I'd like to set reasonable default values.

(P.S. I'm aware of, but don't use DIBS. Maybe I'll get around to incorporating it. I just happened to be editing this indicator for other purposes and thought it might be useful to y'all).

Hi guys,

Ive been reading this thread, and been learning a lot. I have one question though - all through the thread, i have yet to find just a simple sound alert dibs indicator. I'm ccurently demo-ing this DIBSv1.0 indicator - just to show me the IBs, and its EXCELLENT and SIMPLE.

Could someone help me attach a sound alert to this indicator please?

It would be really appreciated!

EurUsd its IB breaked now .. i will wait Sydney Market open now and then will take action.
Never sell @ lower upward channel unless breacked and vise versa .

The P4L Clock.mq4 file has an option to display a "DIBS UK" (relative to London) time, and to highlight it in red when it's in prime DIBS hours (the 1st 9 hours per jarroo). See the picture a few posts back.

It's a small contribution to the DIBS community... good luck trading.

How's everyone doing? I had a nice holiday but now it's time to get back to business. Looks like I missed quite a action last week Anyway, I took EURUSD short this morning at 1.4622 risking 24pips, it's "freetrade" now. Lets see where it goes.

In case you already downloaded these, please revisit the thread to get a new v2_1 version of "P4L Clock.mq4". The older v1_3 code which I had left the same in my v2_0 had some problems with timezone/ST/DST calculations, especially when used by users in Tokyo, Jakarta, Sydney, etc. I rewrote that section and those problems have been fixed. (The time displays will update once the markets open and the ticks start coming in...)

I have also added some minor options to the BarClock/CandleTime indicator as I never liked the way it would show the remaining time next to the candle bars on the chart (I like my charts as clean as possible since I got too many fibs on them, lol.). By the way the reason I added more features to the DIBS TriggerLines v1.2 indicator was because I saw your post and I also wanted to be able to customize it further.

So I looked at he code and made some logical changes to it without knowing anything about MQL4 code. LOL! I usually always have the indicator/identifier on my charts and everything works good except for a minor issue that I stated previously (here) and has been there from the beginning when Lux created the indicator...

Dear All,

I would like to share with you all of UJ curr on the weekly analyst.
Price has been closed at 38% fibo
Price has been completed the yellow shoulder Right.
Price has been moving from neck line blue to Blue S-Right
Price has formed with the weekly IB
with my weekly statistics data this curr has been complete 100 % down trend and to be reversal to 50 % fibo point.

So I expected this price will going to long by this week (weak bullish)
IF the price can break 106.89 the price to be going to TP1. 108.85 TP2. 110.65

I was long from 105.88 with TP. 106.89 @ 3 long.

Dear all please correction me IF I made wrong Analsyst...

In v2_1, I thought that annual updates would be necessary, but it turns out the ST/DST changeover dates are already good for future years (unless changed legistlatively which will require an update).

I just posted v2_2 with mostly cosmetic changes to remove the references to "annual" update required. Sorry for the confusion to those who may have downloaded v2_0, v2_1 and now... v2_2.
