What is the big thing that you are awaiting on that announcement? It is bad or bad, American citizens will have more depths if I’m not completely wrong.
I don’t have a clue about FX fundamentals but some stuff is easy to imagine.

when i say this i honestly dont mean to offend anyone. why are you guys gambling?...this thing could go either way still...the channel weve been in all week has not been broken...sure there was a spike...sure you could say that short term bias is bearish but there have been attempts to break up too...at that time bias was bullish....we still dont know which way this is going to break and trying to "predict" direction in my point of view is not a quality a trader should have...there is no signals of anything yet.

the earlier attempt was just that...an attempt...it failed...we dont know whos going to attempt what next

its the classic "have to make a trade now for the sake of making a trade". yes, I agree that it is just gambling at this point since we do not have a clear sign from the market. All the same, my short term bias is pushing me to at the very minimum put a small position in. Wont be a big loss, but has the potential for a huge gain if i'm right.

Now, betting the farm at this point is just insanity.

that is my exact fear. that is the reason why i closed my position...once a pair runs out of steam it will test both sides to see where to go next in the process taking out many stops...i dont want that to happen to people in this forum
