one other thing....i was talking about inverted head and shoulders earlier on the 15min chart for just today.....i wasnt thinking big enough....the true inverted head and shoulders is on the 4 hour chart...last week and this week is the continuation...the true neckline is around yesterdays high...shoulderline at yesterdays low....trippy huh?

Yeah you guys could well be correct.

I don't know. I think by the end of the year the EUR/USD will start heading back up and definitely into 2009 it will continue to go up when everyone realises how messed up the US economy is going to become.

When it is all said and done, I think it will be Asia that pulls Europe out of recession and then Europe will pull US out of recession.

I guess the other side if this is figuring out how stuffed up the EU economy will get due to subprime problems. (and then choosing the currency that is less affected between EUR and USD). I don't know how the Yen will factor into this equation though?

UBS will have some issues probably. Not sure about the other EU banks.

It is fun to think about but ultimately we need to focus on the charts. Just do what the charts say and we should be ok with our trades

Also not to go horribly off topic but do you think that the big retail Forex brokers will be safe from these financial problems?

yeah you could be right. It is a very powerful line of support for the EUR/USD that's for sure. But yeah, this is a crucial point for the EUR/USD.

Here is the TRUE inverted head and shoulder....im 75% sure it will hold..just in case you guys are curious...it makes total sense too...the volatility the past 2 days

intra-day, this daily pivot is proving to be a tough ceiling as well...let's see if it breaks this time.

Get out, take your loss and then get back in with the available margin you have and take some for your money back.
