i think that is not a good position cos there is no major news to back it up ok.

Now price is trapped between few lines and also Fibo level from last swing high.

No trade now until clean break and price should choose a channel for next movement.

This week there is no Trend, I am only follow my sentiment.
Sentiment it is a really good think to follow.
A few minutes ago Zew Sentiment was better than expected, and what did we all see, a down move for euro.
This is Forex!! Close your eyes to all noise that is around you and follow your sentiment, if you're sentiment is for USD as "SAFE HAVEN" Go for it!

What kind of trend are you looking for? Trends on the noise? There's an obvious trend on the daily.

the only thing im starting to see is a mirror image on the other side of the earlier mentioned triangle...here take a look...is this a pattern too??..mirror images...

Of Course there is a trend.
Daily is Big and huge Bearish.
Monthly we are still in Bullish Trend, don't forget that.
Nowadays a lot of Senior currency opinion makers are telling we are going to 1.20, yes I think so but not this year, that's for sure, others are talking about a range, in my range we are close to bottom, so do you think I am going to open short trades here, no way.
I will buy only on dips.

Where is a good place to find Intraday Sentiment. Don't it come out only on Friday?

Weekly pivot at 4174 is proving itself as quite the resistance. All the more force to the move down if and when it's broken.

I don't think that the US central bank worked so hard to pull the EUR/USD down only to let it rise significantly today when it needs US sentiment to be strongest.

It seems like a foregone conclusion that it will be another rally for USD no matter what the news is.

I posted earlier today a weekly chart where it shows that the EUR/USD is due for a bounce upwards. Yet, it has been strongly breached on two occasions. I think I was foolish in a way for thinking that it would bounce up given what has happened over the last few days. This boat is going down and I don't even have to look at the chart. (Not that I'd trade on anything other than the chart but I'm just saying...)

The EU and other central banks have injected BILLIONS of dollars into the market this morning, the problem being is that traders are converting that to dollars IE: Cash and running for the hills. That is the reason for the dollar spike.

interesting perspective...heres the opposite. i dont think the euro rallied so hard last thursday and friday to give it all away today. as jurrasic pointed out...1.4174 (or 50%fib since thursdays low to yesterdays high) has held out well today. a serious break down would have happened by now if a return of the downtrend was to continue. right now its such a big tug-o-war its hard to say who will win. that "mirror image" chart clearly shows so
