take a look at weekly charts, take a look at the candlestick with shadow up to 1.3927. now take a look at this weeks daily candlesticks. notice that none could close below that value meaning there is strong support in that area. so if it cant go down anymore..had to go back up.

1.4215 is this weeks 61.8% fib retracement. also consider that chart i just showed...when that uptrendline gets broken...it should temporarily retrace

short from 42 already I dont know the correlation with NZD, but its already falling too there

woot that short turned positive just now...good thing i raised stop loss above 1.4200/05 psychological area...should go down to 1.4155 or 1.4100 now

But fundamentally it is against EUR even though the Dollar suck at all the news? Is this your only assumption? Nothing on support or resistance more like candlestick system?

Sorry need to ask more as I am madden by my mistake about the change in sentiments.

there are so many bad things being sad about europe and the US nowadays, who knows what news matters anymore. weve known about the US having problems since august of last year. europe just started showing how weak the economic data is about 6 weeks ago...after trichet raised rates the last time. the only difference is the euro news is "new". combine that with the commodity bubble which was bound to burst, happened to coincide with start of olympics and that whole russia/georgia war...this was fuel for the dollars strength. this does not change the fact all news is bad here too.

conclusion...id try not to make assumptions about which currency should do what and just follow your daily charts and the overall trend...the rest is just speculation. example....just how much money is the US of A in debt..how many trillions...how much money we lose on fannie/freddie and this whole credit crisis...we dont know for sure...they cant tell us the facts because their mindblowingly bad...avoid speculation just trade the trend

I think 0.6550 will be back and good Buy near 0.65000, but we'll toalk on Sunday night in detals,,
NZD and AUD have own pace
You see JPY we lost correalation at all
If CAD will go own way , cold be some weekly reversal, but I do not see for now.
Main Trend for me EUR/USD still Short, but Intraday we made good Long money to,,,,,,it's FOREX (If market goes 700 pips you can make 900)

still seeing down trend, long term to return to former lows or even lower? Still have some shorts I didn't let go of. Heard some thought possible trend change. What do you think?
