I took profit partialy at 1,3975 and rest will take on 1,398 if it happens. And I am out. Dangerous are long positions these days, even these scalping oriented.

It's quite possible that it will not continue for much longer, but it's a useless speculation as trading against a strong trend is a waste of time and money. When it turns it won't happen all at once anyway, so should be plenty of time for mid and long term traders to step in.

US July trade deficit widens to $62.2 bln vs $58.0 bln expected
WASHINGTON (Thomson Financial) - Record high US petroleum imports and record high prices for an imported barrel of oil led the US trade deficit to widen more than expected in July to its highest level since March 2007, the Commerce Department reported Thursday.
Commerce reported a $62.2 bln deficit in July, up 5.7% from the revised $58.8 bln trade gap in June.
Economists polled by Thomson Reuters IFR Markets were expecting an increase in the deficit to $58.0 bln.
Goods and services exports rose 3.3% in July, less than the 3.9% rise in imports, although both hit record highs. A record high $120.8 bln in goods exports drove overall exports to a record $168.1 bln.
Similarly, the record $195.7 bln worth of goods imports drove overall imports to a record $230.3 bln in July.
Petroleum imports accounted for nearly all of the surge in US imports. Crude oil imports jumped 22.3% to a record high $42.6 bln in the month, and total petroleum products imports rose 16.8% to a record high $52.8 bln.
This surge also pushed the US petroleum trade deficit to a record high $43.4 bln in July.
The increase in petroleum products imports was driven by both price and volume. The average price of an imported barrel of oil rose 6.4% in July to a record high $124.66.
But the US also imported just over 342 million barrels of oil in July, the most since June 2004 and up 15% from last month. This led the US trade deficit with OPEC countries to surge 33.6% to $24.2 bln.
Excluding petroleum, the goods trade deficit fell to $29.6 bln in July, the smallest this deficit has been since October 2002.
The US trade deficit in autos, parts and engines improved in July after exports surged more than 12%, leaving the deficit at $8.2 bln for the month. US exports of civil aircraft rose to $4.2 bln from $4.0 bln in June.
Still, factoring in petroleum products, the overall US goods trade deficit rose to a record high $74.9 bln. In contrast, the US services trade surplus hit a record high $12.7 bln in July on record high imports and exports.
The politically sensitive US trade gap with China was up 16.1% to $24.9 bln, and the US trade deficit with Europe and the entire Pacific Rim also grew sharply, by 19.6% and 22.5% respectively.
Adjusted for inflation, including oil prices, the real US trade deficit grew only slightly, by 2.7% to $41.2 bln.
