DislikedIm posting this one on 4hr USDX. Is this divergence significant from your point of view? Thanks for your time.Ignored
DislikedI'm sorry, but why wouldn't you just care about your own positions and trades? What difference would it make for you and your account if I say "yes" or "no"? I'm just curious because knowing about anyone else's trades have never made me neither richer nor smarter. Perhaps you wanna use me as a contrarian indicator?Ignored
DislikedThat's exactly what I was suspicious about from the very beginning.

Disliked1. I already answered some of those questions on this page: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=21887&page=85
2. I got into forex because I had been looking for the ultimate independence and then found it there. Besides, anyway I had no other choice at that moment.
3. Like I already mentioned in this thread, in Soviet Russia we used to get real education while in the most of other countries people mostly get training instead. The difference between both is that "education" is more about way of thinking while "training" is more about way of acting. That makes Russians more competitive in the fields that are lacking preset rules and manuals and where personal ingenuity must apply. Don't think it has something to do with chess. I'm still a pretty average chess player despite playing it almost every day when get bored with the market's routine.Ignored
DislikedGreat stuff.
In a situation like this where the trade is a long way from the entry point, where would your stop be?
Would you use a trailing stop?
If the market was to suddenly reverse, at what point would you exit?Ignored
DislikedI have a question, I have noticed in this tread people are asking you about divergences, are they significant or not.. many times you point out that they are not significant. how recognize significance of the divergence?
thank you,
VytasIgnored
QuoteDislikedTough question. Depends on a lot of circumstances. So far "must reach" target levels have not been touched yet. "Sudden reverses" are very unlikely at this moment as the main trends just reversed. For trailings now I would suggest something like weekly extremes on the other ends.
DislikedJust remember, that only morons repeat same mistakes over and over again. Smart people every time make new ones.Ignored
