Is there any chance I could get someone to explain "bearish", "bullish", "dovish" and "hawkish?"

Thanks for responding to last post, know it can't go same direction forever, but will this direction change be long term or just a small correction? Maybe it is anyones guess.

Forgive me for being so "newby-ish"
The prelim pinch/fib ext. was drawn to downside based on longer TF bias. But given time, this drifted upwards. My initial trade (short) went red. I exited. I shifted fib ext. handle up to position upside levels for a long trade. I entered long. Immediately the price receded. But the candles remain between the green and yellow bands to the upside, so for the time being..safe. Keeping close watch.

bearish and dovish favor short positions.
bullish and hawkish favor long positions.

as far as long term trend goes, this is most likely a small correction before the trend down continues. just like an inverted head and shoulder developed earlier today on 1m,5m,15m,30m,1h charts...so do they develop on the weekly/monthly charts. On the weekly charts it looks like a head and shoulders too, the second shoulder is being developed now before a break before the neckline. To say with accuracy what will happen, no one knows..all you can do is have a trading strategy in place using indicators that work for you and be aware of the news as they are the catalysts for any new moves. be aware of news that affects certain pairs especially, for eur/usd oil plays a crucial role for example.

the fact that it's wednesday, could also have something to do with it imo. 3 day interest.
In case that we pass the DP (daily pivot = 1.4515 ) and it holds another small wave I will set my earlier SL (10 pips under S1) to equality with trail and reload another long.

I am going to do this with EUR/USD pair and will need help from you guys to save me big loss...i got today big loss I was short at 1.4450 and now my account is very short

So today I will come with new courage and new strength but just courious that is it in reality possible to make 134$ mini account to 1000$ ????? any help plz, or send me PM please if you have any good tip..........
I would suggest that you keep your $134 and trade a demo account until you can consistently make good trades.

Or you can blow it all on flipping a coin, and risk a margin....

That gives you very little margin, must have lots of patience, could only do pennies at first and then build it up. You could lose faster than you can earn. Save your money for awhile, practice as mentioned and get consistent good trades. Trust me, I got in before I was ready and they were all too happy to take my money when the margin call came. Lost $5Gs recently, no lie. Take your time, learn this. It is a trade, a job, and something that takes dedication and willingness to study and practice. Luck to you, choose wisely.

This question is for anyone who knows a lot about indicators and MT4. Somewhere along the way, I picked up an indicator named "Support and Resistance". The file name is actually "Support and Resistance.ex4".

My question is, does anyone know how these numbers (red diamond dots for resistance; blue dots for support) are calculated? Are they programmed, based on some historical data, or do they simply appear on the fly as a result of one or more price bounces?

If they are programmed based on historical data, I would like know that logic, or basis, so that I can plan. Presently, these numbers just kind of appear out of nowhere. It should would help to know where they are going to appear, like we can with pivots et al.
