wow, well it was down quite a large amount based off of the forexfactory figures. I guess this would mean that there should be a bit of a bias towards the downside at least in the immediate short term?

Oil is up and gold has passed the EMA(13). Could be that we see the Euro start to rise a litle bit over the next hour or so?

Price starts at the most important psyche level. 00 (.4800)

It moves down from there and bounces off a psyche level. (.4200)

It's in range between two psyche levels.

There's a system out there on how to trade EURO fractals - I'd suggest a quick perusal of it if you trade this pair.

Trading probabilities is what this market is about.

A 20% probability is one I'd stay away from.

I'd suggest not trading prior to the EURO session at the start of each week.

Thanks acumen, I'll check out some info on fractals.

When I said that psyche levels have issues with range bound movement, I should have been more specific. Earlier last week I was doing very well using mostly psyche levels. Then the last few days I did badly.

If you flick to the 30minute chart and look at 28, 29 and 30th (from an Australian timezone point of view). Those are the days I had most problems. I am going to try to post a chart in a few mins time to show where I had these issues and maybe you can tell me where I'm going wrong.

I've attached the image to this post. I'm keen to know what you think. I know my methods are a quite different to yours but I am looking at using some methods to use psyche levels.

Basically if it penetrates the psyche level by 10pips then I want to look to enter the trade. There are other factors involved as well ofcourse including support and resistance etc etc. But yeah, this is the basis of how I'm building my system. My reward to risk ratio is very very bad but I'm looking to have nearly 100% wins. This may seem impossible but this is what I'm trying to do at the moment.

Even if it is wrong and I have to adjust and dump this strategy, I am still learning from the process so it isn't wasted effort. I risk 1% per trade. I make strong use of channels as well on a 30min time frame.
