Looking at this chart, if support holds and a bullish candle is formed, can we initiate buy?

An evening star is more likely to form at that level. Yes you can enter. It might seems that the up TL has be broken, but thats not a true break of the up TL. A true break of any TL occours when a FULL body bullish or bearish candle open and closes above or below the TL. In this case if a full body bearish candle open and close below the TL then consider it a true break, until that happens the current trend is still up.
NaijFX the outer TL u draw need to be adjusted.

I was looking at that one also. IMO yes........ This 61.8% fibs (1.6170) is a resistance. Your B is 1.6254 i presume and A is 1.6096......

Take a look at the 4H usdjpy, you'll see that the down TL was breach, but it wasnt a clear break. Hence the current trend remains down.

I thought also it was still a downtrend. I knew i was late but i step into that one also. Now i'm 38 pips profit. See my chart

Its good that you 38 pips in profit, but why did you enter this trade? I'm not seeing any of the candle formations discuss earlier in the thread. Maybe you have a different entry signal. Its not just entering at C or 3, its entering after one of the six candle formation we discuss has develop.

So far this week there has been about 6-7 perfect setups, all went for more than 100+ pips. Hope yall catch in on a few. I will post other setups as they are formed.

Not sure that will hit the TL because there is yet a three buddha top... It may fall before the TL and without any pattern.

Nice chart. The H&S/Kings crown formation also forms on the 4H. Remember my bias for the system are 4H charts. 1H charts works fine as well, same rules apply.

Looks good. Hope you have read through the thread and will follow instructions to enter trades. Also the system works on all TFs, but I personally have a 4H bias.
