German IFO Business Climate Index will be released on Tuesday next week.
If data is bad then EUR will fall like GBP and vice versa.
What you guys think? Any improvement in Business climate in Germany to boost Euro? Or time to take short position on any bounce before the news?
Any input will be appreciated.

But what i read here in a german magazin is that the Business climate is okay at the moment.

IMO on or before Bernanke mounts the rostrum, EURUSD is going further down. Add it all up, oil is falling, bear trend anyway.

I still see perhaps another 50- 100 pips down before day runs out, and also a rise once the impact of Bernanke's speech is over today

Are recent buyers willing to hold yesterday's move into the weekend?

Oil is a true bubble and it's deflating.

The Oil guys I watch (mostly quants) put fair value around $90/barrel.

I really don't know enough about it to have a true educated opinion but the quants I follow haven't been wrong in quite some time.

Not trying to be an ass here but why would anyone be interested whether it's warren or some other that is better trader? Everyone should be only interested in their own bank saldo, not some crazy competition results. These competitions are always misleading (as is for example automated trading championships) because everyone is using much more risk there than they would do with actual trading because there is no point on being consistent, the only objective is to beat the others.

The competition would have to last years before it would tell anything about the skills of traders involved.

Could we just get back to discussing about EURUSD and skip all the ego boosting?

But the market seems to be ambivalent, waiting on the Bernanke bomb? I doubt he'll say much that will impact with Trechet in the audience. What do you think, Acumen (while we sit around and wait)?
