Just wanted to give a quick hello. Long time "Wall Street Guy" crossing over to the FX world here. Spent the last few months reading the basics, if you will and fired up a demo account last week.
I decided to concentrate on one pair for the moment, EURUSD....learn its personality and develop a trading system....try to achieve consistent wins in this pair and grow from there. Starting on the longer timeframes too: my feeling is, if I can't trade successfully there, why work the charts/timeframes that can look radically different in a blink.
So look forward to learning and receiving constructive criticism from all you seasoned trades here and eventually, offering some productive input.
Current trade....long EURUSD at 1,4680 off of bullish divergence yesterday after's 1H chart, added a bit too it at 1,4738 but have to say I am nervous with the news rolling out soon.

You sound like you know what you're doing mate. Many start from the 1 minute chart and well, you'd know the rest...
