You always go against when the are trying to sell it down, just after the news... then you buy the dips.

If we went up after the US numbers, we where going down again...

The FED has a BIG Problem as does the Markets now. Not a surprise but now it is clear price inflation is out of control. The FED cannot RAISE because of the Banking and Housing Meltdown. What can they do ?

Not a thing except perhaps CUT but that will not help much. The ECB is more likely to raise before the FED does.

The Yen might be the biggest winner once the dust settles. Wait until September and the end of the Summer holidays to see real movements. Watch Oil move back up along with Gold. Money is leaving the USA and the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mack situation can only get worse. Lehman needs capital and the FED is digging a hole the size of Uranus (Joke)

Look for opportunities and do not trade just to trade. Be patient. Have A Great Trading Day. Option Expiry at 10:00 AM ... Look up which ones might affect the currencies you trade.

If you are Short since 1.5900, you can a add Short every 100 pips ,,,,,,it's from profit, but Stops must be resonable fallow your money control,

We are already down for sure but not at the speed presently ,it just halts ,taking some rest perhaps & posntpond the journey for today perhaps ?
