Everyone has their own view of EUR/USD

I have been at this business since 2003. While I would not have thought EUR/USD to reach 1.4750 I know why it has got there. The charts had nothing to do with it. They might help some but they do not PREDICT.

The party is about over for the FED and The US Dollar Bulls.

I do not intend to debate this since I am just stating my position for the record. It is mind boggling to see GBP/USD go from 2.0000 to 1.8657 in a micro second. The FED and the Central Banks did good. Now they need to pay up and they will. The US is in recession and it will get worse. This part is not opinion but fact. Let us just see where we are in the next 90 days or so.

I hope we remember to stick to the topic EUR/USD. This is not about ME !

I am only one member here trying to follow the rules. I am trying to post only links. I am trying to listen to other's concerns. However if the majority of you allow a few to disrupt this thread I will just leave it out of respect for many of the posters that I do respect which is most.

You do not need my opinion or input since it just leads to it becoming a contest between me and some others.

What has been done against my name and reputation is a travesty of human decency.

I hope none of you ever have to deal with this type of character defamation without trial or defence.

Buy price came 1.4755, we misted 2 pips. It heapens, but usually accuracy is 3-7 pips, becouse it's so far from 5-6h perspective.
Put Stops near Entry

So I should raid the piggybanks. Check the sofa cushions. Max out the credit cards. Throw a 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th mortgage on the castle. Maybe even grab granny by the ankles and shake the spare change out of her.

All because Bridge said so.

What if Bridge is right?

This is pair is not going to raise up overnight why the entire Euro zone is on holiday. It can only secretly fall and leave the pushing to Euro zone to do next week, with 100% fundamentals to push it back to 1.59 by end of coming week.

The Eurozone is having a statutory holiday so there will be little movement until Sunday.

Just my two cents, I could be wrong.

The point I was making was pretty obvious. I wasn't questioning whether or not it was going lower.

As they expression goes, a broken clock is right twice a day. Think before you reply.

Thin volume usually means high volatility.

Lots of news out of the US in the morning and it has the potential to move this pair further south.

If the TIC data comes in better than expected we should see .4700 before the weekend begins.

However - GS called an end to the dollar bear so the herd is in on the move.

That often means the move is about over - temporarily.

So - I'll be taking Jay's advice until all the news is out and digested.

Why? Euro is dead meat? Everybody says so. And the PA speaks for itself. Is it just a gut feeling or are you seeing something in the chart?

Europe is on holiday but the US is very much open with important numbers coming out to move the market.

Yes the U.S. is very much open and it could move the market...In a violent way.

When the cat's away, the mice plays and that could be showed in the volatility. Besides, it won't be long before things die down for the week end.
