if eu breaks supp line it will go north, as all my indicators are saying north for now, but if it doesnt, seems it's going to do down for a while, europian stocks didnt do too good this morning http://www.reuters.com/finance/markets/europe xxxslikxxx

what is your chart saying

this movement today was just a typical reverse of the frankfurt open fake direction. london changed the direction. lets see if they will continue up.

Good morning all,

Looks like EUR / USD claimed more victims...even here in FF..70 instead of around 140 traders here this morning...

It only made first bull target yesterday, after slicing 1.5 what seemed to be start of reversal...turned out a bull trap...and dropped towards today's low of 1.483, I was over optimistic myself about this one...

Market has become to choppy and unpredictable, on one side I expect a reversal to come, on the other 1.48 might not be the bottom yet.

I'm looking to see if 1.49 holds or if we see another drop in today's Europe & USA sessions

My forecast in current situation:

Ranging between 1.482 - 1.492 to scalp, if we see further movement north above 1.492 only trade long with extreme caution...

As always...Just my (cautious) 2 Cents...

Damn big conspiracy between Bernanke and Trichet.. I guess Bernanker and Trichet both have SHORT position from 1.6000... and not to forget Mr Obama for the sake of election.

ECB aims to drain 21 bln euros in fine-tuning
FRANKFURT, Aug 12 (Reuters) - The European Central Bank will hold a fine-tuning operation on Tuesday in a bid to drain up to 21 bln euros from the interbank overnight money market.

The operation, on the last day of the reserve maintenance period when banks balance their liquidity reserves, would be launched at 0800 GMT, the ECB said on Reuters information page .

Separately, banks deposited 764 million euros with the ECB on Monday using the standard overnight deposit facility, which pays an interest rate of 3.25 percent

It's the begining of the up move although still it has some bearish power to eat SL's
