2. The very basic idea about divergences it's very simple. Bearish dovergences target the price of the very bottom of the valley between two peaks, while bullish divergences target the top of the peak between too valleys. In both cases those are the monimal targets or "must reach targets" accoding to my personal classification. However there are some complicated rules of it's practical use because some of the divergences could be negated by certain technical developments and circumstances or postponed.
