Looks like IBFX is messing up again this morning......
Is it me or are they getting worse...whats your experience.....

It was a mess during the Asian session......a mess

Major issues with the new server, dropouts every 15 minutes, try to adjust a trade and you'd get an invalid account error, live support taking over an hour to answer queries..... apart from that it's been a really smooth day

You may want to change brokers. If I was trading with them and had this problem, I would drop them quick. You may want to check in the brokers section for updates Bill.

I have traded all day, since the JPY open without problems today but I did see a post where those who had been switched to a new server were having problems. Just my 2 cents worth.

It happened to me a few months ago, but IBFX informed they were changing servers beforehand. It was carried out during the weekend, so it didn't affect the trading hours.

This time, my system is running ok, I think my account is out of this loop.

What are the reasons why you trade with FXDD? I know you said they dont care if you scalp but there are other companies where you can do this like hotspot for example and their spreads I am assuming are better. (i havent looked at FXDD in a while so it is only an assumption) However, I am curious why you like them so much.

I like their customer support by phone and by their live support window. I always get a wire transfer within 24 hours. Undates such as holiday schedules and news are posted on their web site. I don't recall having any major problems. I really don't recall reading of any major problems on thie forum regarding them.

Go get those pips!

can u name any other broker whihc offers cents per pip? ,,, i think these things bound to happend sometimes,,,no need to panic,,,,i still feel ibfx is quite okay

Any one has live account with IBFX?

I would like to know in "Pending Order, how many pips away has been set differ from the market price?

(In demo account has set "0" pip)

Appreciate your answer.

It is also set at "0" pip in real account.

here is my last trade with ibfx. stopped 10 pips from where the price reached on their chart. i had 18 pips of protection, so given the fact the spread is 8 pips, i still had 10 pips before my stop loss but somehow i ended up being stopped. see attached.

Take a look at the attach. The highest price is 212.88 but this is a BID price. The ask price will be 212.96 because the 8pips spread. Therefore, if I have a stop at 212.96 it will be executed.
Is that your problem?

wow those spreads are brutal... people still trade on those spreads, is the platform for show and do you pick up the phone to make a trade?
