Just be patience, the bulls are taking side in the game. Thanks DRT for your analisys, I think today we could see a strong rally anticipating the US Trade deficit and tripleswaps rate.

A long play is a possibility but with Oil and mixed technicals....i'll stay away from longs...anyway gl getting some sleep.

a base is being formed around 1.5660 and there's a few convincing bounces, will long if price will hold for another 45 minutes or so...

from what i see it could bounce to 5712 then i would watch for a short signal

There is a possible h&s forming on all 3 pairs that i'm watching ....including dollar index, Eur/usd, and usd/chf...

Eur/usd h&s targets 1.5712. then i don't know.

I highly doubt it will break that level...But i would never trade on the assumptions that i have. I strongly believe that it won't go higher then 1.5712 but i would need confirmation b4 shorting.

IF they acually form i will. It just seems like they might form a H&S i will post USD/CHF in a minute you can compare to euro.

head and shoulders is just a coincident, look in this chart and tell me how many head and shoulders you see that never ended up acting as it should

It's broken no longer valid to me at least.

If the right shoulder gos above the left shoulder then it's not as strong.

But so far it only by 1 pip

head and shoulders is just a term from the brokers to lure people into trading, the accuracy is less than 50%, the risk.reward aren't any good, as most of the time, the usuable stop loss is too far away, and most of the time, it has already fallen too much make it attractive to trade, the next thing you know it will retrace back up and you're instantly down by 50+pips, just my 2 pips worth of opinion

Yes thats y i said "possible" and you should always wait for confirmation (a break of the neckline)

But i won't trade the euro long only waiting for a short. gl
