It's up to you, but we should be all done placing new hourly trades, and the 4hr bar won't close for another 3 hours and change.

Careful, remember Peter's words - Think I'm being arbitrary about being willing to trade just the first 9-10 hours? Check out the last 20 years of intraday market action. The first 10 are the hours when 90% of the trends that actually develop WILL develop.

Thanks for the answers.

One more question - how late in the day do you guys trade? I usually trade 1am - 1pm and it's worked out well. Most of the setups (read: those from last week) I've found after 2pm usually end up being trend reversals, as an IB is just a price consolidation zone.

you guys posted before I did I guess, the above answers my question. I think I'm done for the day. Frustrating coming up that close on USD/CHF and stopping out, I need a breather.

To Archiphage and attictrader,

I understand that. I just want to test it out and see what happens. If it fails, then I understand how important it is to trade 1am-1pm just like what PC has spoken about.

Besides, I'm seeing an IB right next to a resistance line. Do you think it won't hold since it is after 1pm EST?

Reason I'm doing it so late because I missed out the whole session due to golfing...

I see a nice short and long during prime time. For the record, Vicodin and prescription addiction is a serious problem-not sure a real Doc would be discussing it...

Alright, as of now, I will not take any DIBS trade after 1pm every day for the rest of my trading life.

Buystop was not reached at GBPJPY IB 1hr.
