New Indicator

I am looking for someone to develop me a new indicator based on 3 stochastics over 3 time periods stochastics and macd on the current period. I would like it to email me and paint an arrow on the screen when the macd signal has occurred (i.e. when the histogram crosses the indicator line) and then when all 3 time period stochastics are moving in the same direction as the macd cross. So for example for a sell I am looking for the macd histogram to cross below the indictor line (typical macd setup) and once that has happened look to see if all 3 time period stochastics are going down. I am gladly willing to pay someone for this if this does not exist any where.

This can be tricky.

For example the MACD cross on a H1 bar has to be fully confirmed by the opening of a new H1 bar correct?

If referencing a Stoch using the H4 bar, the H4 bar may be in its second or third hour of formation. So the value being returned for Stoch from the H4 bar can turn the opposite direction by the time the H4 bar is completely created, in return nulling the signal?

So the Stoch would have to be set at a timeframe equal to the MACD and less in order to get a fully confirmed signal?

I hope you understand what I am trying to relay and you can clarify this for me.
