I should probably clarify that if Im taking a short and the top has been "fouled" I discard that DIB and look for another

This is my first post on FF but have been an avid reader for years. I just wanted to say thanks Jaroo for continuing this thread. Also to Bemac for encouraging Peter to write in the first place. What an awesome strategy I have nothing but thanks and praise to all concerned for bringing this to my attention.

Morning everyone, would any newbies or people coming across this thread for the first time today, please refer to this post (above) believe me you will find every answer to your questions and more if you just study it for an hour or so, it was put together by Jaroo just so that people could look at it and just get on with it, it is in my opinion a very simple method and it begs belief how so many people can totally dissect it to bits...!

Doing this will also unclutter the same auld questions that are coming up here day after day, i understand that some of you might be excited by the apparent success that this method seems to be generating but at this stage in the game, this thread should be more about actual set ups or success stories, not the same old, same old every day, this is why Peter Crowns legged it in the first place, we dont want the main man Jaroo to be off on his toes as well...!

Yea well I read thru Peter's posts a few times before trying the method and still had questions or concerns,,,you have to practice it to get it like anything. 0-2 thus far today.

Looks like a stop and reverse on the Swissy. Sorry can'y post my charts now.
Trade risk looks to be about 10-11 pips.

Well traded, it gave the signal but was just one that didn't work out.I've found Tuesdays not to be as good as Mondays.As Jarroo pointed out yesterday; Mondays are great.

hi all,
looks like aussie and cable are the hotties today, a good strategy could be wait for the trend to establish itself ie today long cable aussie, and then look for entries on lower tfs ...cable had an IB on 30m from 1.9646ish, and aussie showed at tbh at 0.9518, so could be nice entries if we pulled back there, just an idea though. Any comments? Raz

Yesterday was my first time taking mostly DIBS trades. It worked out pretty well, for about 100 pips. I'm still learning, and probably did a few things wrong. But I'm working on it. Didn't have any real good "runners", but they should come with time.

Gotta step out of the office for a while but I went short on the EURGBP & still in the EURUSD from 23/6. Thought I'd let that run instead of using a trailing stop this time.

You'll find that loses will ocurr and that taking the "free trade" at 1:1 for the half position, will minimize many possible losses. But when you catch a ride on a major trend, that's when the fun begins.
