That is true the trend is still up on the yen and still down on the eur....... I got in on the eur for 40 pips and then took a "0" on the yen...... Now I'm waiting....... The movements are at the threshold of changing but hasn't done so yet.

Around 23:00 ET the yen will have it's "overnight call rate" and that will more and likely be the fuse to set it off.

dang..!! this thing wont give me a break??? i just turned around an hour and both trades hit my S/L .. !! i've lost 3 dollars!

now lets wait for another "good" move... by the way, check GBPJPY.. the situation is getting interesting over there

From 5min to 1D trend is up, I’m just close my 3 long positions, for short is too early. Go for 1H, 4H or daily TF and stop scalping. Please trade yours system not the fundamentals rumours.

I don't believe anyone here is scalping and if the short is too soon then why you close your longs...... For the same reason I did and that is because the threshold is there.

Dove, I’m using AccuChart and my pivot points came out to be
PP=107.19,
M3=107.50,
R1=107.84,
M4=108.09,

am I on the right page?

try SMALL 50 pip moves @ GBPJPY ... i just started looking at this pair since last week and looks that it has a lot of correlation with UJ.

it would be nice to know how much does GJ affects UJ and viceversa

No - they are wrong - go to your chart properties click on the pivot points and the parameters and be sure date is right and the starting time is 17:00 and calulated period is 24 hours and there are no check marks on user defined...... The pivot point should be 107.60

the u/j, the g/j and the e/j all correlate with each other......
