my short just hit TP : +35pips

It was created by LinuxTroll at this forum I think and it's for making great scalping trades. But I don't care to scalp at all, I mean what for when you can just use it to ride a big M1 wave and catch really big pips. When price action crosses below the white line and starts to create a new rainbow direction that's a possible signal for entry. But that should be confirmed on another chart using fibs/trend lines to make sure the move won't soon meet strong resistance/support points.

I used the rainbow yesterday and today mostly for fun, my current trade is at around +140 pips and yesterday it was at around +300 pips both on the gbp/jpy. Anyways with all that said I mostly just like watching the wave action with it since I lean more towards Jacko's trading method.

It looks like it might get there If I were to simply watch the continual downward wave, though on my other chart I see some possible resistance at around 1.5841. But remember I'm no genius so please trade at your own risk and due diligence...

Not good as this puppy seems like it's going to go down, down, down, maybe to the 1.5800 mark or 1.5750. I would of waited to see where it actually settles before thinking of going long plus the NY session is coming up. I would suggest that you close your long trade at least at break even before it continues to go further against you and then wait to see how low it actually goes before entering...

The news about the Euro zone deficit was released at 9 GMT - which I believe is when the drop started.

Euro zone 2007 deficit falls to 0.6 percent of GDP vs 1.3 UPDATE

The countries to post the largest deficits were Greece, with 2.8 percent of GDP, France, with 2.7 percent, and Portugal, with 2.6 percent, while Germany recorded a balanced budget.
European Commission spokeswoman Amelia Torres welcomed the deficit level in 2007 as 'the best figure ever'.
Torres added: 'This demonstrates that the stability pact, as reviewed is working.'

Hmm.. Either I don't really understand the economical concepts mentioned or isn't this actually supposed to add strenght to the euro rather then contribute to this fall ?
Like I said, I'm guessing it's just profit taking for the week and so on..
