hi guys,

if it breaks 104.37 there is a good possibility for u/j to go north, i think.

there is bullish divergence on the 4 hour chart.

also resistance from 1999 and 2005 at 104.03.

if it breaks to the downside again ... well it could drop for another 200 pips, dont you think?

and 30min MACD is turning to bull also.
it would've been better for longs if this didn't go down to the low of lows.
well, shall we count this as a double bottom formation?
if then, this may turn and go up north.

looks like E/U shows divergence all over the places. which means E/U may go down further. then counterpart (not always though) U/Y may turn and go north from this point or so.

i think it's near the floor now.

No no, usdjpy might rally next week in what will be seen as selling opportunity. Again, this is wave iii of 3 and expected to continue until 101/100

I agree with this. I've been thinking that we'll see 101.23 or 100.95 sometime next week.

Hearing talks that BOJ will...do this and that to stop jpy strength. This is fundamental cloud. I hope no one gets shy shorting the usdjpy cause of this. The pair is heading to technical targets and BoJ won't do anything to stop the gains. LOL

Will we get any fib retracement? I closed earlier short at around 104.30 when 104.20 stalled the move but here is the break. I eagerly await 104.50 even

There is score for 101/102 for sure. But maybe its time for any minor bounce to clear those oversold intraday levels.. same thing goes with usdchf. They are moving without any respect to oversold levels especially the swissy.

This tells me one thing, the more it deepends in oversold area the harder the bounce. For usdjpy it is not very dangerous, 104.50/104.90 should be range op i think and something in the 101/102 area should be range bottom.

probably great levels for going long, but this week probably full of bad news from usa (lately as usual) but...

thanks god Mr.Bernanke not going to speak, so there are chances this pair rebounds somehow.

Interesting thing, isn't it? According to logical idea - Bank Chairman should make good for economy desicions, inspire with optimism and so on. But in this case - Bernanke decided to choose opposite way

Maybe he actually works for Russia?

ehhe intresting open of the week, many currencies has opened the trading week with a nice movement of 30-60 pips before the asian session start, this will be a very good week full of movements!!! (yes but pointing where? who knows that!!)

P.s.
Shorted eur-chf and closed for a +40 pips lol (i really wasn't thinking to close the position soo soon, was thinking of close tomorrow, but.. let's take it without greed!)

USDJPY is moving lower is on risk aversion, and high yield trade unwinding. AUD and NZD are down, this tells you the answer.

If AUDUSD and NZDUSD go up then its usd weakness. Not what is happening now
