@me living on Park Avenue. That's a good one. Maybe I can move there if the RBA decides to slash rates by 100 bp New York is great, but the people suck.

I need to renew my gym membership, but I never go. I either ride my bike or run on the track right next to me, and soon the swimming pool which is even closer will open. But you do get more eye candy at the gym.
What can I say it's the winter weather, you really don't like to go anywhere in this slop. Its snowing today. Go Cad!!

Don't get me wrong, I have travelled around the globe and seen many different places but there is no place like NY. For me, it's like a love / hate relationship. If I were a tourist, I would visit but not to live there (Unless your Dutchtrader, living on Park Avenue and banging all the high society chicks).

Do you live in a Condo complex? I do belong to a gym, but seeing as how working out isn't a big lifestyle thing in NY I've been throwing money away since last yr

No, I just live in a really convenient neighborhood. Everything is like 2 or 3 minutes walking from my front door. New football stadium for Euro cup this summer, restaurants, bars, shopping center. Thats why I don't own a car. I could throw a rock and hit the swimming pool from my balcony. The pool is 150 years old which was remodeled last year with an additional lap pool, and an Olympic high dive pool. That shit is fun, just don't hit the water the wrong way. Oh yeah, three big parks surround us as well. Best neighborhood in Zurich. (but not the most expensive)

Zurich's nice, one of my best friend went to boarding school there and showed me around a while back. A bit too antiseptic, well until you hit the nightlife scene
I know nothing about that. I have never come come from a club........before 5 a.m.
and Turtle, you know damm well the reason your home gym is in the garage is because it's still in the box, don't lie to us
