Bingo. The biggest gripe I have with NY is the lack of people who enjoy the outdoors.
I still got love for NYers, some of them are cool, like the ones here in F.F
Funny story, a NYC man goes skiing in Aspen runs into an Australian snowboarder then kicks his ass even though it was the skiers fault (downhill people have right of way) on top of that the NYC man was with his ski instructor who later testifies against him saying his client was in the wrong.
The Australian was a seasonal worker who made 8.50 per hour but will now be bringing home a few million from the settlement.
No offense to New Yorkers but some of them are so wound up and full of themselves that they can't even relax on vacation in the Rocky Mountains.
This is so true as I witnessed it in Beaver Creek (45 min. from Aspen)
I remember one New Yorker who said he was going to sue the resort because they closed the lift (temporarily) due to a lightening storm.
I turned around and said " are you phucking stupid? who wants to get on a metal chair lift in a lightening storm?" He continued to blame the resort for the bad weather saying "this wasn't in the brochure" I really wanted to stick my foot up his ass. But the sun came back out 5 min later (typical length for a daytime storm in CO,) and we were off. I have dozens of stories of a$$hole NYers and stupid Texans who come to Colorado and try to ski. Or better is the throngs of Texans who think they can drive 70mph on a snow packed mountain road because they have a 4x4 suv, only to be found in a ditch 5 minutes later

I hear ya. As much as I dislike New York (Born & Bred in NY) I can't seem to get away. Everytime I leave, I say it's for good but find myself coming back. Maybe, one day, when I have everything sorted out, I will be able to get away but until then, I'm stuck.

But I surely won't live there anymore..because I HATE TRAFFIC.

Went "old school" after that and took the train and the bus.

I agree with you there, you ain't seen nothing till you try to drive in Rome. NY women? L.A women? They got nothing on Rome. I thought I was walking through a Victoria's secret catalouge. :surprised Holy shit are they beautiful.

I've never went to NY and I try to keep it this way, if I want to see some beautifull women then I'll just travel around here in Europe...
Annyway I also hate busy trafic, but I hate walking more
