Brokers that do not pay interest swap

Does anybody know who these may be? Thanks in advance.

AleccohFX say that they offer swap free accounts... makes me a bit suspicious how they are able to do it unless they are taking a punt that total interest paid on all their customers positions will net out against total interest charged.
