Any good news from unemployment will not do much for the dollar. Oil is at or above 100 a barrel and housing starts are not booming.

Don't look for dollar to trend up until housing gets out of the slump and oil price falls. When there is a big increase in housing starts then I'd long the dollar.

Holding long from 1.4665

I am looking for 1.5000 to be achieved in 30-60 days.

Here is my chart on euro$.

As we can see it is in a sideways over all trend with a bullish angle. Yesterday price dropped, bounced off the weekly pivot(orange line) and is now looking to the top andrews pitchfork line at 1.4800. A break of that would lead to a test of the top over all trend line at 1.5000. That would be a good point for short with a tight s/l above 1.5100

Thats definitly a potential for this pair right now. With the break of 1.4800, it may be a matter of time now before we hit the 1.4900-50area. Who knows, if we break this resistance area we may see it sky rocket above 1.5000, or it just may reverse again and play the range trade on the daily charts moving back down to 1.4500ish area. haha

this time bet we will go 1,55 and forward as fundamentals weaken and the rally is set for investors.
something really bad would have to happen in europe for avoiding this...

Today was a good day for longs.. It seems pretty clear where our next MAJOR resistance lies, with its other two sister peaks on the daily charts.

I have lost one trade today, a short one at 1.4758 SL 1.4777. A big One!

I have 2 Short Tiny Trades at 1.4745 and now opened a big one at 1.4830 TP 1.4800 and another one at 1.4836, this one not to big and was a nice entry!

I am frozen today, no ideas where price will be at close.

it is right to short here??....taking into account that the resistance point of 1.4800 has been broken...and maybe it continues bouncing.....or...it's better whether the price is going to reach 1.49??......:S?

I tried a short, but yanked it at Break even...can' tell what is going on. The pisser is I was long at 1.4717 this AM, but cashed out with +6 pipss WHOOOOWHOOOOO!

Forex seems a little random lately. I mean up on bad news, down on good news, commodity currency trading opposite of their commodity exports, JPY pairs hardly trending with equity markets, no trends to trends to speak of other than maybe GBPUSD down (until today)...

I am telling you, liquitity and credit availibility are making this less like a laser and more like a shotgun, i think...also the bank trading computers have had a change of algorithms. Just my paranoid 2 cents.
