Do you guys think the dollar is going to keep on falling or will it steadly regain his value back?
Or will it first hang around the price of this moment?

not sure it will make it to test it.

Might close my longs soon. 15 minute is testing 20SMA support, might be the deciding factor for me. There might be a chance to get in lower, but not sure on what is next. I like to stick with my goal, it's just been a rough, uncertain ride.

Daily just rolling the stoci over into what might be a bottom/long trend reversal.

Tested 15 minute 20SMA, hmmm.

I always buy too soon, and always sell too soon.

this is a tough call, I think I have to ride it out.

I have to remember why I got into this trade.

How will US unemployment come in today? And how will it effect the EURUSD.

With so many ??? perhaps best to just close shop and watch from the sidelines. Very confused.

One thing I notice, EURUSD seems to be acting more like it used to...tight ranges with occasion al breakouts/breakdowns.

1.46 seems cheap to bankers who have 1.65 as target. lol

this one may put me in the loonie bin, and I don't mean the Canadian dollar.

Tough to hold long right now. Would have been nice to take some off at the recent highs. This USD news could be made into a monster.

Was busy looking at other stuff when the news released...too bad.

EDIT: Stared down a nice profit and failed to lock any. I am teetering here, but I remain long while the 4 Hour 20SMA (center bollinger) remains intact. Currently at 1.4548

Who's better than you bud! Way to tell it like it is.

hehe

I jest. I remain cautiously optimistic as the price teeters around my cost basis.

this is getting wild.

CLosed Long 1.4640

hehe

I'll take the pips. I am not going for home run anymore.

EDIT: most stoci seem lofty, except daily - seemed to fighting uphill battle right now. If this rolls over on the 20SMA on the Daily resistance, I will be thnking my lucky stars for taking profit now.. If it charges to 1.47+ I will be disappointed. I guess I will have to find happiness in the 3.5% for now.

Seriously dude, you are buying at every top and selling at every bottom and then offering help for beginners? LOL...if this isn't the blind leading the blind then I don't know what is.

Here is some advice for beginners. Quit making predictions. Start your session with no opinion. Watch price action and let the news come out before entering a trade. Be patient with the entries and impatient with the losers. Let winners run until they stall or reverse quickly. You can always get back in. Be happy with 10 pips for the day and quit when market is slow.

Also, start your session at the same time everyday.

This is the only way to be a consistent daytrader IMO.

This is why I, one of the most profitable trader here, never predict the price in the future.

It is soo funny that some peoples loves to forecast the price.
My tip for newbies: Just keep your mouth shut and trade like a pro, dont forecast some some price actions, it can kill your ego!

H4
The pair’s correction continues. On the 4-hours graph an ascending Elliot’s five-waves curve formed, with a final 5th wave at 1.4655 level. From that level I expect the correction’s completion and the beginning of a descending trend with a target at the lower bound of the “triangle” shape (M) on D1 to 1.4430 level, and further to trend line “G”, 1.4270 level. Breaking of “a-a+” trend will be a confirmation of descending movement’s beginning. On this day (Friday) TICS indicator, a very important indicator for USA, is released. I expect the development of such scenario on this day

Daily
At the daily graph the pair is situated within a fixed range of “triangle” shape. Upon bouncing off its higher bound “M+” the descending 5th internal wave of the shape is developing now with the target 1.4420. If the higher bound “M+” will be broken, the pair will look forward to 1.5550 level. If the lower bound “M” will be broken, then to 1.3740. Dollar situation depends on the direction in which “triangle” shape will be broken.

Isn't wave 3 supposed to be the longest?

In your analysis wave 1 is bigger than 3 violating Elliot's principles (at least as I understand them).

Branco, Wave 3 is USUALLY the longest, the only hard fast rule is that it is never the shortest. Depending upon whom u talk to wave 3 is also the most prone to extension, but that varies between waves 3 and 5.

This pair seems to be going back up, maybe it may hit its resistance level again near 1.49ish areas. True it seems to be having trouble going up, but its strange, why it did'nt pummel down....oh wells haha
