Ok thatīs true but the economie of a country isnīt only made of exports. By other side we are seeing that even with a strong euro, a week dollar which contributed that in Europe the prices of oil were not so strong, even with this we are seeing some data coming bellow expectations.

With all due respects to your ideas....these "opinions" do not drive markets. Markets trade emotionally and over the long term fundamentals win out. If you can, try to focus on what you "know to be", right now in the market. It is all we as traders have. I have lost so much money trying to predict the market. I think it made me feel important to myself cause nobody else cared.

When you see a market moving rapidly up for instance, it is not so much the buying but the traders with short positions being forced out because they can't take it any longer or they are getting margin calls. This moves markets.

I'm popping out at 4872. wouldn't expect much steam to remain. 1.50 too unlikely IMHO. cant wait for NFP...

Good job Digitil.. i also cut my positions..
And i would wait, for it to cross 1.4885 level (this is major resistance of 26/11/2007).. for it to rally 1.4920..

But right now steam is over...

i m out at 1.4875. Waiting for correction finish first, before entering again. What's good price to go in again?

can someone tell me why USD isn't getting stronger temporarily....I mean, we were all expecting a rate cut; it should be priced in....but the ADP report came in really positive....meaning the non-farm should do the same

does anybody else see possible USD strength at least after friday??
The odds are on my side; let's hope they stay that way!!!

I wont buy right now.. cause it will fall towards 1.4825 levels.. As my study is telling me.. we will wait how this goes.. but the potential Steam of LONG is not that much, for it to go heavily upside..
We will see how it goes..

I know many of us might be feeling, like damn i would have caught that 20-30 Pips move upside. i shouldnt cut earlier and all that...

Think as this, its better to increase your balance with few more dollars, then rather nothing..

So patient, it will fall, buy Back again.. after your all calculations.. this is All game from the big funds, many small traders will say oh man its moving towards 1.4895 now.. What to do i will buy it will go 1.4920 and all that.. but what happens it reverses way heavily, that they lose there positions..

I am looking for a big dip.. Just give around 1 hr from the Release of FED..

Nice thinking man. It's all about booking profit and exiting at proper times.

Check this out. If you guys were trading longer timeframes, there is a weekly pin bar on last week's close. you wouldnt have to be worrying about news or anything like that. Fundamentals play out in technical analysis.

I look for next week to have the possibility of moving much higher than this week as well. This week will create the confirmation bar for those conservative price action traders (which most are) and so I would look to see even more push for next week.

As for Jacobtrader's thoughts of retracement, I am thinking the same thing. I am looking for 1.4830's to be hit and then we should move higher again. Nice stuff guys.

Looks range bound to me. Triple top, kiss of death

Afraid to short it though, for the record....maybe do it with a tight stop. Naa I am just doing easy trades these days.

i just looked and notice Dow close in negative territory after all that...lol
