Looking at the market and asking yourself "what are the big players trying to do here?" is the best approach you can have IMO.

It's the big players who move the market, so if you get good at detecting their footprints you definitely one step ahead of competition.

Listening to the market implies the same concept. If you understand price action, you'll understand what the big players are doing. Very simple.

Bear in mind, I am not saying that you should speculate as to what the big guys will be doing next...all you can see is info from the past.

However, past information on charts is really valuable because the big guys never go all-in at the same time...they keep buying/selling as long as prices are attractive...and when prices become unattractive, they stop and wait until the market goes back to them...and the market WILL GO BACK TO THEM because there won't be any big player left driving the market...it'll eventually be retail traders killing each other for a few pips...so the market will eventually be driven back to where the big players are.

If you think like a big player managing thousands of contracts on every single click, then you'll easily realize how difficult it is to trade for them. They only have a few areas where they can afford to have fun...most of the times the market is too thin for them.

Its just some Banks are cutting there short positions.
People are closing down positions before BOE..

Hi there,

It seems like the dollar is upp for some temporary gains as not even the GBP could hold its heights after the BOE rate decision.

Big guys seems to like the dollar no matter the fundamentals and therefore it's possible short term strenght in the dollar no matter what Trichet says today.

Anyone agree?

Dollar will be UP today..
Good Data came 322 K Unemployment number.

I see EUR/USD to push down today.

Strange how quickly the mood changes, I went long EUR and see possible trigger to go even higher.

Just have to see if it lasts.

I don't think the unemployment news today will save the mortgage meltdown...

The 1.4740 resistance is broken... heading up up....

1.4760 is the main resistance..

And i am looking a BIG sharp dip like we had on 4th JAN..

Even a hooker have to breath, how big of a dip are you expecting?

I agree guys, there was a lot of good resistance at the top today. Fall should be a nice one.

I have done some study..
Next week EUR/USD and GBP/USD will be FALLING!!

And then End of the Month or shall i say FEB.. it will rise..

Don't get too far ahead of yourself now.
