- Monthly uptrend
- Weekly uptrend
- Daily uptrend
- 4H downtrend
- 1H downtrend

If you dont trust them, what more data do you need to make sure that one of the trendline is true?

is the data:

- FA (news trading)
- Emotion (Good feeling)
- Technical indicators (MACD, Stochastic, RSI)
- others

?

A 4hr downtrend equals a fib retracement on the daily uptrend. Atleast thats the target on my sells the last week or so. When the 4hr down trendline breaks to the upside, hello 1.5

ECB will not cut rates because its comparatively low. Therefore, is it safe to say that EU will shoot up after the announcement?

Hello All

I see 1.4525 as being major support. This level was tested twice (march, april) back in 1996 as resistance.

We broke through the 1.4525 resistance in November and it became support.

It has already tested it twice as support on two consecutive days in November and both times it pulled back quite quickly.

I think this is a significant trading opportunity.

why so many negative attacks on WTB, he's a formidable trader and should be listened to.
he was mearly pointing out that this pair is in a 4H downtrend channel that needs to be broken to the up side before taking the long again, in every pair there are long and short channels in different TF and at some point every channel will be broken, even the EU is trading outside of it's uptrend channel, it keeps breaking through the top to make new highs, at some point it has to retrace - 4H downward channel is that move.

Hi TrevA,

Just a comment on support @ 1.4525. I agree that it is strong support because of the quick pullback in Nov but it has never been long-term resistance(only became resistance in early Nov), the Euro is at all-time highs, the previous high was 1.3675. I've seen the same charts showing former highs above 1.3675 and assume it must be an adaptation showing the previous value of the German Mark before the Euro became official currency. Although 1.4525 is strong support, I'm still cautious because it has only been tested once and this is a strong down-trend.

the only good thing i see now is that we have a pin bar(?) at a suport level 1.4520 area on 1h.
from what i have seen now, monday we'll have a down gap

Hello fellow EURUSD traders:

Here's my analysis at the moment.

The reversal came at a trendline on the 4-hr. (2nd chart)

Lets see how this move down looks. Would be an absolute perfect set-up for the buy at where I've got it marked. Also, probably a good sell here, with stop right above the high of day.
