Today, the short wouldn't have triggered the second time. The long order triggered and went to to make profit.
Yeah, I think I misunderstand Nicotinca's rule.

If you look back to last Thursday (I think it was) Nicotina showed two long trades that both got stopped out.
Is this the case? Thanks a lot for clarification. Now I know why the method is generating better results than other similar methods which we had tried in the past

I am just checking on the charts but as I see yes it should have been stopped out, so the result is +50

The same thing happened to me. It needs an EA and it would be a fairly simple one.

"EA" stands for Expert Adviser. It's a program that would place, replace and cancel your orders for you, as needed. It's a robot trader.

Nicotina hasn't changed his system.
The different columns show the results IF he had used different profit targets. He is tracking those so he can find the most profitable one.

The 250 PT he shows is a weekly system he was experimenting with. He said you take the high and low of Monday and use those as your buy/sell triggers for the rest of the week.

Yesterday, I only closed out half of that winning position.
I set the SL to break even and let the other half ride.
When we got the new numbers last night, I sat the low trigger as the new SL.
So far that half position is up 200 pips. I'll keep it going until it gets stopped out.
Anyway, even though I slept through todays winner, it wasn't a total loss.

PS- Anyone reading this- this isn't part of Nicotina's system. This is something I did on my own. Don't let me confuse you.
