Metatrader plus web based

Anyone know of a broker offering metatrader 4 as their platform but also some form of a web based platform to access my account while away from home?

reason for asking is I am in the military and all of the computers are locked by administrators preventing me from installing software. I am currently able to go online and use a web based broker such as Oanda but their platform is somwhat limited when compared to MT4. I do have mobile MT4 but sometimes even cell phone signal strength is not reliable on base. I might be stuck with Oanda for the time being. Thanks

VPS is an option.

Do a search for VPS. There should be a few threads here and on other forums.
Ive nvr heard of VPS but Thank you I'll check it out.

Wow , just checked it out. Looks like thats exactly what I need. Now I guess the only problem is if I am able to access those websites from work. The computers will not let me access certain sites. from what this VPS thing looks like, it would just be a web site I would visit which I would have access to a virtual computer, kind of?

It may vary. If you are using a Windows VPS then you can typically use the RDP client that comes with Windows XP. Might want to see if you computer at work has this installed.
got windows 2000 on these computers. Just got to work. I work nights. I'm doubting I have that RDP thing on this computer. I googled it. Im still learning some of this computer lingo but thanks to people like yourself Im progressing quickly. So if I dont have this RDP setup on this computer, am I pretty much out of luck and out of options? Thanks

Glad I could help.

The RDP client doesn't come with Windows 2000. Give them a hard time about using an OS that isn't under mainstream support by MS...just joking.

If they use Windows Terminal Services then it is possible it was installed.

If the VPS provider is using Virtuosso then it may have the web version enabled. I believe it works with Internet Explorer. I have not tried it because I use the RDP client.
