i want to demo fx trading, but i work, however i have web access at work so id like a brokerage where you do not have to download and install software to trade and chart.

id like a web based demo trading platform with real time charting software.

anybody know of one?

(most stock brokerages dont mess with platforms where you have to download stuff...why is it so hard to find one for FX?)

Oanda is Java web based - I access at work thru the firewalls w/ no prob. If the concern is installing onto a work owned PC then this would work fine for you. The charts are pretty basic but are fine for learning.

In trading, there is no bullshit. You either make money or you don't.

Another thing you can do is go to dailyfx and on the top of the page, click charts, click on access live charts on one of those. those charts are pretty good. They are java based also.

My company monitors everything I do. I can't even access anything non work related on the web There was a time they didn't want us to even make personal phone calls but there was such an uproar they don't enforce that any longer.

Another reason I want to eventually make a living from forex. They don't trust us at work that we'll get our job done - they police us like prisoners.

That's a good site, Renasdad. Have you ever tried any of their courses? If so, are they any good?
